Sanjeev Dulal leads Lasso MD's SEO department, a team of managers and specialists. His work turns a practice's website into a reliable source of new patients, so when someone nearby searches for an implant, a wisdom tooth extraction or a new dentist, that practice is the one they find and call. He also manages Lasso MD's largest DSO client, running quarterly audits and content for more than 60 locations across 13-plus accounts.
Sanjeev has more than eight years in SEO, starting in-house in Nepal and moving to agency work in Canada before joining Lasso MD. He built the delivery system the team runs on and led a restructuring that reallocated 576 client accounts without a drop in service quality. He also helped Lasso MD's software team develop DASA. He completed the SEO Specialization from UC Davis, is pursuing an MBA and writes regularly for the Lasso MD blog on AI search, local SEO, DSO marketing and implant marketing.
Sanjeev found dentistry through the work itself. On one side of a search is someone up at midnight with a toothache, and on the other is an owner whose livelihood depends on being found. Once he saw that, he stayed. Outside the office he's a family person first, usually traveling, on a road trip or playing something competitive like ping pong, badminton or football.
